General conditions:
- Check in – after 14:00 PM, Check out – until 12:00 PM on the date of departure. Early check in (after 08:00 AM) or Late check out (‘till 17:00 PM) is offered upon request (only when possible) and is charged half the room rate.
- All rates includes: accommodation, set-menu breakfast, tourist insurance, tourists tax and 9% VAT.
- Free of charge services: indoor pool, children pool & children water slide, Jacuzzi – all with mineral water, fitness, sauna, relax room, salt room (up to 30 min. stay daily), Wi-Fi, parking (subject to availability).
- Meals policy: the breakfast will be served as set-menu (or on a buffet, without possibility of self service), according to Ministry of Tourism’s Guidelines for the operation of accommodation and dining and entertainment establishments, in the conditions of danger of infection with COVID-19 in Bulgaria. Untill 30.04.2021 the restaurant will work only for hotel guests from 07:30 h. till 22:00 h., according to the Order RD-01-52/26.01.2021 of the Minister of health. If you want to use our restaurant you have to make a dinner reservation (for each evening of your stay) on site, after check-in.
- Upon check-in, all guests from risk regions and counties must complete a declaration of responsibility in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- The hotel operates in strict compliance with anti-epidemic measures, according to the orders of the Ministry of Health. In the event of a change in the epidemic situation, some of the services and / or facilities on the territory of the hotel may be limited. Currently the following facilities will remain closed: conference rooms, bar by the indoor pool.
- Wearing a face mask is mandatory for all common indoor premises, excluding: “Augusta” restaurant, fitness & gym during exercises, indoor pool (only with swim caps).
- Children up to 5 y.o., accommodated in their parent’s room, without using a bed, stay free of charge (without use of any hotel services). Baby bed – 10,00 BGN per night.
- Extra bed policy: Extra beds can be placed only in double rooms and are charged according to the prices listed above. Extra guests (adults and children) can also be accommodated in hotel rooms & suites without using an extra bed and are charged according to the prices listed above: in Family rooms (4th guest – on one of the two king’s beds), in One-bedroom Suite (3th and 4th guest – on an expanding couch) and in Two-bedroom Suite (5th guest – on the couch).
- Double room for one guest, as well as Single room for two guests – are both charged on a double room rate.
- Pet policy: guests with pets are accommodated in special pet friendly rooms and are charged 40,00 BGN per night.
- Payments – reservations accepted by telephone are paid on site, at check-in, cash or with bank cards Visa / Mastercard. Online bookings are paid according to the site’s directions. In case of earlier departure, the prepaid sums shall not be refunded. The hotel reserves the right to change prices.
