For your safety – COVID measures are applied in AUGUSTA SPA HOTEL:

Dear guests,

We would like to inform you that in execution of order RD-01-103 / 22.02.2022 of the minister of health, guests without a “green certificate” will be allowed on the hotel territory from 24.02.2022!

  • thermal control cameras for guests and staff upon entering the hotel, persons with high temperature or viral symptoms are not allowed (also for all suppliers of goods and services too)
  • automatic disinfectants dispensers on entrance and in all common areas on the territory of the hotel
  • trained staff familiar with COVID-19 action protocols
  • available insulator room
  • information brochures of the Ministry of Tourism “Safe travels” by World Travel & Tourism Council, in different languages
  • use of UV air purifiers in common areas as well and UV lamps before using massage and therapeutic rooms in the SPA center
  • disposable masks and gloves available at reception, upon guests request
  • distance guidance and entry and exit corridors
  • available contactless payment in all places
  • disinfection of keys and access cards
  • our staff use the necessary mandatory protective equipment (masks, gloves, etc.)
  • protective screens at the reception desks
  • periodic cleaning and disinfection of all contact surfaces, railings, elevator buttons, door handles, countertops, etc .
  • daily ventilation of all common areas
  • washing of bed linen, towels and bathrobes with approved disinfectants and at the required temperature
  • periodic cleaning and disinfection of all air conditioner filters
  • children’s play room, which is disinfected every hour.

F & B

Meals policy: all F&B services are carried out according to orders of the Ministry of health and the Ministry of Tourism’s Guidelines for the operation of accommodation and dining and entertainment establishments, in the conditions of danger of infection with COVID-19 in Bulgaria.

  • individually packed cutlery in restaurants and bars
  • periodic disinfection of the vending machines during breakfast
  • our F&B staff use the necessary mandatory protective equipment (masks, gloves, etc.)
  • distance guidance and entry and exit corridors
  • available contactless payment
  • it is possible to organize private events
  • working hours of the restaurant “Augusta”: from 7:30 ’till 23:00

CONFERENCE ROOMS

  • use according to orders of the Ministry of health and the Ministry of Tourism’s Guidelines for the operation of accommodation and dining and entertainment establishments, in the conditions of danger of infection with COVID-19 in Bulgaria
  • wearing protective face masks and hand hygiene
  • regular disinfection and dispenser with disinfectant at the entrances to the halls and bathrooms
  • it is possible to hold events
  • the holding of team building and other events of a similar nature in labor collectives is suspended.

SPA CENTRE

  • trained medical staff familiar with COVID-19 action protocols
  • automatic disinfectants dispensers on entrance
  • protective screens on the SPA reception
  • our SPA staff use the necessary mandatory protective equipment (masks, gloves, etc.)
  • restricting the access of non-hotel guests to the services of the SPA center at higher occupancy
  • UV lamps are used before appointment of massage and therapy rooms in the SPA center
  • distance guidance and entry and exit corridors
  • contactless payment available
  • periodic cleaning and disinfection of all contact surfaces, railings, elevator buttons, door handles, countertops, etc.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUESTS:

  • thermal control cameras for guests upon entering the hotel, persons with high temperature or viral symptoms are not allowed
  • compliance with the instructions for physical distance
  • compliance with the techniques for disinfection and hand washing
  • upon check-in, all guests from risk regions and counties must complete a declaration of responsibility in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, available on reception desk.
  • wearing a face mask is mandatory for all common indoor premises, excluding: “Augusta” restaurant and bars during consumption, fitness & gym during exercises, indoor pool
  • wearing swimming caps is mandatory at the pools
  • taking out of food and beverages from restaurants and bars is prohibited
  • the import of food and beverages purchased from outside the hotel is prohibited
  • you can opt daily maid service by calling the reception desk dialling 9.

The hotel operates in strict compliance with anti-epidemic measures, according to the orders of the Ministry of Health. In the event of a change in the situation, some of the services and / or facilities on the territory of the hotel may be limited.
