Rules for using a gift voucher at Augusta SPA Hotel
- Gift vouchers are confirmed by email and paid out within 5 days of receipt of confirmation by the hotel.
- Once we receive the payment, the voucher will be sent in digital format to your email.
- It is advisable to make a reservation at least 7 days before the date of use.
- Validity is 6 months after the date of issue.
- After the voucher expires, it is considered used.
- Voucher value is not redeemable. The voucher can be used once.
- Vouchers cannot be used during national and public holidays.
- The services that can be used are indicated on the voucher and cannot be changed or replaced!
