The rate includes: accommodation, breakfast, Balneo & SPA package, WiFi, parking, tourist insurance, tourists tax and 9% VAT.
Balneo & SPA package: free of charge Medical consultation up on arrival, Balneo & SPA package (see below), free of charge use of indoor pool (with swimming caps), children’s pool & water slide, warm Jacuzzi – all with mineral water, fitness, steam room, sauna, salt room, dressing gowns.
Meals policy: breakfast – set menu or buffet.
Reservations: via phone (09:00 -18:00), email, social media and online at augustaspa.com. Free cancellation.
Payment at check-in: In the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.01.2026 incl. – in cash, in Bulgarian Levs (lv. / BGN) or in Euro (€), or with bank cards Visa / Mastercard / B-card. After 01.02.2026 – in cash, only in Euro (€), or with bank cards Visa / Mastercard / B-card. Online bookings are paid according to the site’s directions.
Check-in: after 14:00. Check-out: until 12:00.
Additional services at extra charge: Certified SPA center, restaurant with lunch menu & a-la-cart menu, lobby bar, sport & cultural activities in Hisarya and the region.

Treatments included in the Balneo & SPA package:
Booking of appointment and selection of SPA treatments is done on site – after consultation with the doctor, according to the possibilities. On Sundays, consultations with a doctor take place from 16:00 h. until 17:00 h. The Balneo package includes: For 3 overnight stay: 6 treatments + 1 massage OR for 5 overnights stay: 10 treatments + 2 massages, per person, among the following:
- Mineral bath tub – pearl, whirling, or lower limbs bath tub;
- Inhalation with mineral water;
- Electrotherapy with low and medium – frequency current;
- Low-frequency pulse magnetic field treatment – 1 area;
- Lymphopress – 1 area;
- Light therapy (Bioptron / Infrarouge);
- Pomorian Lye compresses therapy – 1 area
