Payment: Reservations on standard rates, made by phone are paid on site, at the check-in, in cash – Euro (€), or with bank cards Visa / Mastercard

Meals policy: the breakfast will be served on a buffet. Dinner – buffet on all days, drinks not included. On Christmas Eve – 24.12.2026 the buffet will offer a traditional lean dishes, on the other evenings – delicious festive dishes. Guests will receive bracelets for access to the restaurant and will have guaranteed seats.

Children up to 5 y.o., accommodated in their parent’s room, without using a bed, with breakfast incl. stay free of charge. Baby bed – 5,11 €  per night. Additional accommodation: exra guests (adults and children) can also be accommodated in hotel rooms & suites, without using an extra bed, charged according to the prices listed above: in a Family Rooms – as 4th guest – on one of the two king’s beds, in One-bedroom Suite – as 3rd / 4th  guest – on the couch, in Two-bedroom Suite – as 5th / 6th guest, on the couch.

Pet policy: guests with pets are accommodated in special pet friendly rooms are charged:  10,23 € per night for pets with a weight of up to 10 kg., and 20,45 €  per night for pets weighing more than 10 kg.
