Free of charge services: indoor pool, children pool and children water slide, Jacuzzi – all with mineral water (with swim caps), sauna, steam room, salt room (up to 30 min. stay daily), dressing gowns for all guests on regular or additional beds, Wi-Fi, parking (subject to availability).

Payment:  The Early Booking offer reservations are non-refundable and must be paid in full, either via bank transfer or in cash on-site—within three days of receiving confirmation. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the reservation will be considered cancelled. Online reservations made via www.augustaspa.com are settled by charging the full amount to the provided credit or debit card using a virtual POS terminal. The early booking discount applies to reservations made and paid for no later than October 18, 2026.

Children up to 5 years old are accommodated free of charge in their parents Double Standard or Double Deluxe rooms, without use of regular or additional beds, chair and dinner at the restaurant. Additional payment for Festive New Year’s Dinner for children up to 5 years old – 85,00 €. Additional payment for baby bed – 5,11 € per night.

Pet policy: guests with pets are accommodated in special pet friendly rooms are charged:  10,23 € per night for pets with a weight of up to 10 kg., and 20,45 € per night for pets weighing more than 10 kg.

The arrangement of the tables in the restaurant for the New Year’s Eve will be done in the order of prepayment of the reservation within the specified term. The hotel does not guarantee separate tables at the Restaurant.
